We hope we speak for all – but we can only speak for ourselves – we appreciate your service and your devotion to never giving up!

At Remaklus Realty, we feel the same way about not giving up until the right house or investment real estate has been found and acquired. Of course, we believe the best way to accomplish this is to hire a professional to represent and guide you in that process.

By having a Buyer’s Agent on your side, you can rest assured that your interests will be represented fairly, with no conflicts of interest!

Tips to Start Planning

We can help your get started in you home buying or investment journey, providing helpful information along the way. As you already know you will need a current copy of your DD214, a pre-qualification amount that you can afford.

  1. Don’t get that in writing yet

As you want the pre-qualifying letter to only state the amount you are offering to purchase. (you would most definitely get a counter offer to your original offer if your pre-qual letter shows you can afford more!)
