    As a 4th generation Nevadan and 3rd generation realtor/entrepreneur, it’s only natural that Cody Remaklus has developed the passion for exclusive home buyer advocacy. With 10 years of experience in real estate, Cody has transitioned to an exclusive buyer agent embracing the motto, “Simply Buyers Only”!

    Why buyers only? Advocacy for the underdog. Buyers are the unprotected party in most real estate transactions. Historically, the real estate industry has been primarily favoring sellers. Buyers are quite often under or even un-represented in real estate transactions. Cody’s missions is to educate home buyers through the buying process by empowering them to take the lead in the transaction. An emphasis is placed on counseling, inspections, negotiations, loan reviews, and representation throughout the escrow process. Having helped many clients and combining Cody’s deep area knowledge makes working with him a huge buyer’s advantage when purchasing a property or home.

      • Mother of 3, Grandmother to 7
      • Loves to travel and has seen Canada, Mexico, and Spain so far
      • Enjoys crafting, reading, Lake Tahoe and spending time with her husband and 2 dogs in Spanish Springs

She walked away from dual representation over 20 years ago and has never regretted it. Her passion lies in representing “buyers only” through their home buying process.

Dee Dee has made it her mission to empower buyers so they know they are the ones driving the home buying process NOT the seller.       Dee Dee’s Passions

      I absolutely love Northern Nevada because there is no sport, hobby or passion that can’t be accomplished here. I love to ski, hike, kayak, paddle board, water ski, sail, snowshoe, cross country, sled, go biking (in a far more mature sense i.e. slower and flatter as opposed to my insanely fit son). I love spending time with my 3 grandchildren and exploring with them. My daughter is an interior designer (KDesign) in Reno (after living and studying in London for so many years!). This is a huge bonus for my clients as she can help to make their home or investment more sustainable!
