Through The Feldenkrais Method I have found a path to understanding that we all have a different way of processing life. Some more eccentric than others for sure, but we all process the way that we do, whether we aware of it or not and our “process” manifests itself in our bodies, not just in our choices. Becoming a Feldenkrais teacher has taught me the value of coming to know ‘my way of doing things’, my process. This is not to mean I now know who I am, but rather I have realized that there is much of me that I do not know. By following the path of this methodology, in conjunction with my life-long learning, the realization of unawareness was not solely fearful. Just like problem solving, it gave me just enough tools to “Brave the Wilderness” within.
